The City of Ferndale submitted documents in Whatcom County Superior Court last week informing the court how they believe the clock tower owner/builder failed to meet a mutually agreed upon October 31st deadline.
The now infamous “clock tower” building at 2147 Main Street was granted permission to continue building back in early September under an existing city-issued building permit but only for so long as certain benchmarks were achieved along the way. It is difficult to tell from the two parties’ responses whether the most recent deadline was achieved.
