The center will be located at the Sumas Advent Christian Church, 125 Front St in Sumas.
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 11am – 2pm

Federal and state specialists will be on-site to guide survivors through the FEMA application process and assist with US Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. The facility is designed to be fully inclusive, featuring accessibility for those with limited mobility and communication capabilities for the deaf and hard of hearing.
Assistance may cover a range of recovery needs, including the following.
- temporary housing and displacement costs
- basic home repair expenses not covered by insurance
- loss of personal property and other disaster-related expenses
Officials emphasize that even if a resident has already applied for state-level assistance, they must also apply directly with FEMA to be eligible for federal funds.
