Recently the city and the “clock tower” owner/builder, Art Rojsza, set the stage for the getting to completion (click here to read the article).
The structural review process is expected to begin next week and Rojsza says they are preparing to restart construction.
In the mean time, Rojsza has shared his vision for the finished structure in the form of a drawing he did that details exterior features and major structural elements.
