FERNDALE, Wash. — Tonight, November 2nd, City of Ferndale staff announced a private contractor working for a private property owner will be drilling to collect soil samples on Main Street tomorrow from 8am to 3pm.

A work crew is expected to occupy the 2-way turn lane on the east side of the 1st and Main Street intersection as they conduct the drilling work.
Flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic through the area. Alternative routes are recommended when possible according to city staff.
