The Junior Parade is scheduled to begin Saturday at 11am and the Grand Parade will follow.

The events are still scheduled to be held on Friday and Saturday of the last weekend of July as has been done for over 125 years.
Balloonists are also expected to launch from "secret" Whatcom County locations the following Saturday and Sunday.
Even though the parade was canceled, organizers have added a couple big and very visible additions to the event.
"Our fabulous hot air balloon friends from near and far are coming back."
But a big part of the Old Settlers' weekend of events will not be held due to public health concerns.
Videos include music performances, interviews, documentaries and a radio drama based in 1932 Ferndale.
“This is our opportunity to tell our story about the history of our community and celebrate the things that make Ferndale our special place by the river.”
