A VW Jetta sedan had driven into the rear of a flatbed trailer.
Just as 1 crash was being cleared a second possible injury crash was reported.
The pickup had been involved in a minor collision with another pickup just prior to traveling the wrong way on the off-ramp.
1 driver was cited for driving too fast for the conditions and the other arrested for DUI.
An investigation revealed the trailer had been stolen just prior to the crash.
The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries including a broken leg.
The bicyclist was transported by a medic unit with non-life-threatening injuries.
The arrests occurred on I-5 in Whatcom and Skagit Counties
