Ferndale Public Works clarified they are doing the water flush in the fourth group of neighborhoods (shown in green in the first map below) today and Wednesday. They plan to be in the neighborhoods east of Malloy Avenue Wednesday and Thursday.

The Ferndale Public Works Water Flush project moves off the map provided by the city and continues west past Malloy Avenue today, according to Public Works Supervisor Bo Westford.

A juvenile reported missing was located when an alert Ferndale Police officer checked on what looked like a car reported stolen earlier.
Update 5:30pm:
The city provided information for a “phase II” for the water flushing that will begin next week but nothing about the changes to this week’s schedule. Another request for information has been made.
