About the same time, there was a report that a large sheet of plastic had blown into power lines causing sparking and arcing.
Over 13,000 reported without power throughout all of the Puget Sound area.
Sudden gusts of wind were reported along with heavy rains as the weather system swept past on an east-northeast path just before and after 7am.
