Power outages across Whatcom County add to flooding woes

WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — As of 7:30am, November 15th, Puget Sound Energy reported 865 of their customers’ addresses were without power. At the same time, PSE reported over 13,000 without power throughout all of the Puget Sound area.

Due to the number of outages, PSE was not providing updated estimates for restoring power nor causes. Due to flooding, some Whatcom County locations may be currently inaccessible or encounter delays in getting crews on scene to make repairs.
