No one was injured but northbound I-5 is expected to be reduced to 1 lane through the evening commute.

At one point the driver stopped in 1 lane while walking in and out of the other according to reports.
Since June, 3 lanes have been reduced to 1 for both northbound and southbound traffic.
Prior to the crash, the car was reported to have been traveling southbound in the northbound lane of Samish Way.
As of 5:45pm, the lane was expected to reopen about 6:30pm.
The $11-million project is expected to be completed and the on-ramp opened later this fall.
All northbound traffic was initially diverted off I-5 at Sunset Avenue.
WSDOT announced at 3pm all lanes of northbound I-5 had been reopened.
The lane closure will continue 24 hours a day through Friday, July 16th.
