Some Comcast Business Voice customers are without phone service again today. While they saw their service return late yesterday afternoon due to a national outage, it was again unavailable this morning.

Impacted Comcast Business Voice customers are advised to try to resetting their voice modem. Click here for instructions on how to do that.
If that fails, customers are also advised to sign into their Comcast account and activate call-forwarding to send calls to a functioning number.
DownDetector indicates Puget Sound customers are some of those currently complaining of service problems.
No word yet from Comcast officials about when service can be expected to return.
