By this time next week the Ferndale City Hall building should be showing off a fresh coat of paint and different colors.

This year you could be electing new people to sit on the city council (and/or keeping incumbents), in the mayor’s office and on the port commission. But do you know who you are voting for and how much do you know about the positions they are running for?
The City of Ferndale posted an article on their website today explaining the rules for political candidates to follow when placing yard signs around town. It is as much written for the candidates as for citizens who may wrongly assume a sign has been placed on their property.
According to an article on The Bellingham Herald website:
Drivers in this city [Ferndale] wanting to avoid a ticket should stop relying on speed limit signs, because most of them are going away.

The house located at 5766 Vista Drive on the northeast corner of Washington Street and Vista Drive is being demolished today.
