According to Sandy Point locals, it is chaotic, crowded and a lot of fun. They are referring to the annual community garage sale and it is happening again this year today.
Recent community events needing the field by the Pioneer Park Pavilion Community Center required the Ferndale Farmers Market to move back to their previous location for two weeks. Apparently that was a good thing as efforts are now underway to make it their permanent location.
