7:30am: Good morning. Temperatures are in the mid-50s around Ferndale under overcast skies with light and variable wind. Air quality is being reported in the GOOD range.
TRAFFIC
Washington Street between Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue remains closed to through traffic until at least September. The official detour route is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
Tonight, again, between 8pm and 6am the on- and off-ramps on northbound I-5 at both Portal Way and Grandview Road will be closed to stripe the new surface. Work will start at Portal Way and when complete will move to Grandview Road. Only one interchange will be closed at any one time, not both.

Also plan for a single-lane closure on I-5 northbound through the work areas during this time.
