According to Sandy Point locals, it is chaotic, crowded and a lot of fun. They are referring to the annual community garage sale and it is happening again this year today.
Several Sandy Point neighbors will be holding garage and yard sales today, Saturday, August 13th. Garage sale treasure hunters can expect to find a variety of items including original artwork, tools, furniture, books and at least one boat.
The sales are scheduled to open at 9am.
