- Bellingham Schools – schools are open and running on normal schedules and bus routes
- Bellingham Christian Schools – no announcement
- Assumption Catholic School – no announcement
- Ferndale School District – no announcement
- Lummi Nation School – 2-hour delay
- Blaine School District – no announcement
- Lynden School District – no announcement
- Lynden Christian Schools – no announcement
- Nooksack Valley School District – all schools operating on time but internet service and phones are down at some schools
- Meridian School District – no announcement
- Mount Baker School District – 2-hour delay
- Whatcom Intergenerational High School – no announcement
- Bellingham Technical College – no announcement
- Western Washington University – no announcement
- Whatcom Community College – no announcement
- Whatcom County Library System – Bookmobile stops at Wickersham and Lake Samish are canceled
- Whatcom Transportation Authority – impacted by Mt Baker Hwy closure
- a paratransit bus will service the Peaceful Valley area
