The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Daniel, a missing vulnerable adult whose family is concerned for his welfare.
UPDATE August 29th, 8:20am: WCSO reports Dahlquist has been located and the family notified.
