Why all the sirens?

There have been a couple situations around Ferndale today requiring an emergency vehicle response. 

First, to the north, there was a fuel spill from a locomotive engine at the Unick Road railroad crossing between Intalco and the Phillips 66 Refinery. Nothing significant has been reported by radio from the units responding.

Second, to the south, a rollover accident (see picture) in the southbound northbound lanes of I-5 north of the Bakerview Road interchange has traffic tied up in both directions.
