7:30am: Good morning. Temperatures are in the mid-50s around the Ferndale area under mostly clear skies with light and variable wind. Air quality in the area is reported in the GOOD range.
TRAFFIC
* WSDOT is reporting SR 548/Grandview Road is scheduled to be closed just west of Portal Way from 6am until 6pm today for railroad work.
* Main Street is scheduled to be closed between 2nd and 4th Avenues for 12 hours beginning at 6pm today.
* 3rd Avenue is closed between Main Street and Alder Street (through September)
* The Slater Road closure and detour continues (through much of 2017).
