The victim had been shot in a residence on Mount Baker Highway and the shooter located soon after near Acme.
The suspect is accused of striking the resident in the head with a flashlight before stealing the resident's wallet, keys and vehicle.
He is also wanted on a bench warrant issued in November 2021.
