Suspected burglars caught outside Ferndale business

FERNDALE, Wash. — Ferndale Police officers were dispatched to a report of an alarm at a retail business in the Ferndale Market Center about 1:20am the morning of Friday, December 18th.

City of Ferndale staff said the officers arrived at the business in the 1700 block of LaBounty Drive and contacted 2 suspects behind the business.

The suspects were located, according to City staff, near a large hole cut in fencing around a secured area.

Rat poison product secured in the fenced area was found on 1 of the suspects, identified as Lincoln M Allred, age 29.

Allred and the other suspect, identified as Sabrina D Ramos, age 30, were arrested and charged with suspicion of 2nd-degree burglary. They were booked and released at Whatcom County Jail.

Both suspects are individually listed as defendants in various local municipal court and Whatcom County District Court cases over recent years according to court records.
