FERNDALE, Wash. — Officials with the City of Ferndale announced today, March 27th, that a section of Thornton Street will be closed daily due to utility work related to a private development project.
The section being closed is near the intersection of Pacific Heights Drive and Thornton Street. The closure will be during the week of April 1st through the 5th from 7am to 7pm. The timing coincides with nearby schools’ spring break.
A 3-mile detour route will be set up along Church Road, Main Street/Mountainview Road and Olson Road.
