Whatcom County Fire District 7 shared the video below taken at the railroad crossing on Washington Street on their Facebook page today, October 20th, along with this message:
Not only is this reckless, and extremely dangerous to the driver of the car, train and its passengers, and any citizens in the general area. It also comes with up to a $5,000 fine, and the suspension of the drivers license. Report careless behavior, and keep our streets safe.
