A new marijuana retailer and medicinal marijuana license was recently applied for under the business name Sky High Pot Shop at 6167 Portal Way. According to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB), the license was applied for by Ryan’s Real Solutions, LLC; Daman Singh Chahil, Young Jun Chu, Ryan J Lavergne and Shelly M Lavergne.
The location was last occupied by a floral business which recently moved out.
If approved, this would be the second marijuana retailer with the first, Buds SOS at 6061 Portal Way, being only a few doors to the south. In February, the Ferndale City Council voted to approve licensing a second marijuana retailer in the city limits.
