The trial of Ferndale Chiropractor Terry R. Rouse had been set to begin September 6th but has recently been moved to December.
The new trial date is December 5th, 2016.
Rouse pled not guilty to 3 charges of taking indecent liberties during his arraignment July 15th.
Rouse is accused of improperly touching two female patients on three occasions during treatment sessions at his business location within the last year and a half.
