Mike and Mikey Tunstall have only lived here a short while but they already discovered a great way to spend an afternoon in Ferndale. According to the Tunstalls, fishing yielded only “dogfish” which get tossed back, but father and son don’t care. The low river level provides lots of beach space to hang out together while waiting for the poles to start bobbing up and down.
