The suspect in a vehicle theft that occurred this morning at the AM/PM Arco Minimart on Grandview Road was captured on security video and the Ferndale Police are sharing those images in the hope someone knows who the suspect is.
About 8am this morning, law enforcement responded to a report of a vehicle theft that had just occurred at 6890 Portal Way. The store’s security video revealed the suspect as he arrived, entered the store and walked around the building before driving off in the victim’s vehicle.

The stolen vehicle is a 1999 black Ford Explorer with Washington plates, AWZ5577. The vehicle the suspect is thought to have arrived in is a late 1980s to early 1990s white Chevrolet 4×4 extended cab pickup truck.
