The closures will begin at 8pm and continue until 5am Sunday through Monday and again Monday through Tuesday.

WSDOT announced at 3pm all lanes of northbound I-5 had been reopened.
Drivers are advised to use alternate routes and to expect delays.
The section of road has been closed since the fall of 2020.
Valley Highway (SR9) was closed due to the emergency response according to WSDOT.
While the Whatcom Chief is out of service, a passenger-only ferry is brought in to take its place.
Drivers can access services and businesses behind the road closure via Hovander Road from Main Street.
Road work is scheduled from 6am to 6pm between E Pole Road and Mount Baker Highway.
The driver was declared deceased at the scene.
