UPDATE: 2:13pm 1/5/15
The latest DOT camera image shows the fast passing lane has been opened. There is still a backup to the Bakerview overpass but that should take care of itself in no time.
DOT also confirmed “nothing blocking.”
It is not known if surface water blocking the fast passing lane will be cleared before the 5pm rush hour drive home. We will update this article to keep you posted on information as it happens.
