According to the most recently updated project narrative, the proposed PUD will include the following across the approximately 18-acre property located between McKinley Street and Kaas Rd on the east side of Portal Way.
- 11 buildings
- 350 multifamily dwelling units
- 1 of the buildings will include 12,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor
