TRAFFIC
* Main Street was scheduled to be closed between 2nd and 4th Avenues until 6am this morning but, as of 7am, remained closed.
* 3rd Avenue is closed between Main Street and Alder Street (through September)
* The Slater Road closure and detour continues (through much of 2017).
