Upper Cut Salon Owner Tami Finkbonner recently spent some time helping to manage a friend’s spa in Mount Vernon. During that time she became trained on new services which are now being made available at the Upper Cut Salon.
The most exciting new service, Flare Eyelash Extensions, said Finkbonner, is “a really fun alternative to expensive eyelash extensions that lasts up to 10 days so there’s no long term commitment.” “These,” according to Finkbonner, “cost only $20, take 30 minutes to put on and are great for events, girl’s night out and special occasions like weddings and quinceañera parties.”
Other services added to the menu at Upper Cut Salon are eyebrow and eyelash tinting, threading and a return to providing pedicures, something Finkbonner says was offered previously.
Christine Altona, Dion Amick, Angie Sharp and owner Tami Finkbonner staff the salon at 2008 Suite A, Main Street in downtown Ferndale. All combined, the team represents over 80 years of experience.
The Upper Cut Salon is open 7 days a week and evenings. Appointments can be made online, however, walk-ins are possible when time allows, according to Finkbonner.
