Children leaving Central Elementary school yesterday afternoon were entertained by 3 turkeys who had gotten out of a cage in a nearby backyard.
Parent Angie Hay was waiting in her car when she noticed the turkeys wandering through the intersection of Cherry Street and 2nd Avenue. She shared the following video of children encountering the turkeys while crossing Cherry Street.
