Not everything that happens in and around Ferndale ends up in a story. “The Ticker” is where you can find those items, answer the question, “why am I hearing sirens?” and get early info on breaking news while the story is being written.
- 7pm Police were dispatched to a report of an audible alarm at Pacific Northwest Bank on Main Street.
- 2:20pm Police were dispatched to the “City Barber Shop” on Main Street regarding a hacked Facebook account.
- 1:10pm Fire was dispatched to a fire inside a business at the Grandview Business Park in the 7000 block of Portal Way.
- 11:15am The City of Ferndale offices report their email is down and they are unable to send or receive emails. They recommend calling (360) 384-4302 instead until the problem is resolved.
