An investigation into the origin of the call has been started.

Just before the crash, the motorcycle was reportedly seen passing traffic using a left turn only lane.
About 12pm, Whatcom County issued an alert advising motorists Birch Bay-Lynden Road was closed with no estimate for reopening.
He "appeared to spend money on personal luxuries. including ... hundred of pairs of shoes."
The road was closed while firefighters dealt with a nearby fire.
He is suspected of attempting to sell stolen heavy equipment to a detective.
The other driver sustained severe injuries that required being flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
An extensive search the day of the incident failed to locate the suspect.
Citizens in the area are asked to review surveillance videos and photos on Wednesday, August 20th, between 7am and 9am.
