A crash at Brown and N Star Roads is suspected of causing the outage.

UPDATE 5:30pm
- PSE reported the number of impacted customers is down to 32 and revised the estimate for restoring power to them to 9pm.
Power was restored about an hour and a half after the outage began.
No cause was immediately available.
