According to city permits, the new commercial facility at 1830 Scout Place will cover a total of 47,154 square feet.
La Belle Inc., currently located in Bellingham and founded in 1984, is a manufacturer of bovine colostrum products used for both human and animal health applications. La Belle’s Ferndale facility will be much larger than their current 3,000-square-foot Bellingham facility.
The project contractor is Huizenga Bros. Construction Inc.
