As the builder and resident of the “clock tower” house on Main Street promised, the spire and accompanying flag pole were raised at approximately 10:04am today.
A small crowd gathered to brave the chilly wind, a strong enough wind to give some reason to worry if the ascent were going to happen on schedule.
