Slater Road Closed Again Due to Water Over the Roadway

Whatcom County Public Works reported today, November 18th, that Slater Road, east of the Nooksack Bridge, is closed due to water over the road.

While no official estimate has been given for when it will reopen, it is expected to remain closed until conditions can be reassessed tomorrow morning.

Slater Road was recently closed last weekend due to Nooksack River flooding.

Detours are in place via LaBounty Drive and Ferndale Road.
