WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Whatcom County Public Works has issued warnings to motorists to avoid a 4-mile section of Everson Goshen Road for about 5 weeks beginning Monday, June 2, 2025, due to scheduled paving work.
The project contractor will grind and pave the roadway and restripe the lane lines on Everson Goshen Road between E Smith Road and E Pole Road (SR544). Drivers should prepare for single-lane closures and travel delays. Alternate routes are recommended to avoid extended wait times. There will be no detour route posted.
