President Donald Trump issued a Presidential Proclamation this morning directing United States flags be lowered to half-staff until sunset on November 10th.
This direction was being made, “As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence perpetrated in Thousand Oaks, California, on November 7, 2018.”
