No need to fear the bright object in the sky (reader photos)

The bright yellow object in the southeastern sky is the Sun. It can be seen every morning when there is sufficient clearing of the clouds, such as this morning. But it has been several days since it has made an appearance.

Neighbors grabbed their cameras to capture the sight, possibly knowing the days ahead are forecast to be gray and rainy. If you have a picture of today’s Sun appearance in Ferndale to share, text it to 360-223-1438 or email to news@discoverferndale.com.
