Parking on sections of the south both sides of Main Street will be prohibited Tuesday through Thursday so a Puget Sound Energy work crew can replace high pressure sodium with light-emitting diode street light fixtures along Main Street as part of the citywide conversion project.

This is the same work that was done on the north side of Main Street last Friday.

According to City staff, parking will be prohibited between 8am and 3pm on the south both sides of Main Street between Pioneer Bridge and Washington Street.

Drivers can expect delays while traffic is directed around the work crew.
