Library Summer Book BINGO is underway for kids and adults

Prizes await kids of all ages plus adults who participate in this summer’s Library Book BINGO program.

The Whatcom County Library System (WCLS), including the Ferndale Public Library, launched the summer Book BINGO program on June 1st. Participants get BINGO cards and then read books that will get them towards a goal they set using their card.

There are BINGO cards for adults, teens, kids and even preschoolers (click the links to download the cards).

Participants who meet their goals are invited to bring their card to their local library and choose a brand new book to keep. Adults who turn in cards with a BINGO will be entered into prize drawings for coffee mugs and bags that will be held weekly in August.

The prize selection of books has been purchased especially for this program by the Friends of the Ferndale Library with funds raised from book sales.
