A riding lawn mower was reported to be the cause of a grass fire at the 4900 block of Northwest Drive today, August 25th. Firefighters approached the scene from the Waschke Road side of the property.
There was little smoke to be seen when fire crews first arrived and only a little smoldering grass was visible soon after. No injuries were reported.
