The “Give a Gallon” milk drive to benefit the Ferndale Food Bank starts tomorrow, Sunday, July 31st, and continues through Tuesday, August 9th.
Shoppers at Ferndale Haggen and Ferndale Grocery Outlet will be able to buy a gallon of milk for a needy family. Look for the information board with coupons at the front of the stores.
Last year’s drive goal was 400 gallons and was achieved plus another 1210 gallons. This year’s drive goal is 2000 gallons.
The drive is being done in partnership with the Washington Dairy Council.
