Governor Inslee has directed Washington State and United States flags be lowered to half-staff tomorrow, Tuesday, September 11, 2018, for national Patriot Day, the annual memorial to victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on September 11, 2018.
