First responders will conduct training exercises today on the Mountain View Elementary School campus according to the Ferndale School District.
Neighbors can expect to see uniformed enforcement personnel and vehicles in the area from 8am to 4pm.
Elementary classes used to be held in the building but it has stood unoccupied since the school was closed in 2013.
