The Other Bank has put out a call to the community regarding a desperate need for hygiene supplies to provide local families and children in need.

During the school year, the Other Bank offers hygiene supplies (see list below) to families with children who qualify for free and reduced lunch in the Ferndale School District. In recent years, the Other Bank reports they have provided supplies for more than 4,000 individual recipients.

Distributions will begin on September 6th, when the Other Bank opens for the 2016-17 school year. As it faces a new school year, Ferndale’s Other Bank says they are in desperate need of supplies.
