FERNDALE, Wash. — Ferndale-based Corion Landscape Management recently merged with a Florida company creating GreenEarth NW.

According to a press release from the company, “David Arnold and Isaac Burrous, formerly owners of Corion Landscape Management, are now co-owners of GreenEarth Landscape Services with founders Jeremy Durgan and Shawn Knight. The four owners met through a landscaping industry organization. GreenEarth, launched in 2005, also has branches in Panama City Beach, Fla., and Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.”

The 41 Ferndale employees were retained in the merger and soon will begin receiving healthcare benefits according to the press release. The Ferndale name change won’t become effective until early 2020.

“The merger enables us to provide the type of benefits, opportunities and first-class systems that great people look for in a career, not just a job. Our clients will see the difference in improved personnel recruitment, retainment and training,” Isaac Burrous, former co-owner of Corion Landscape Management is quoted as saying in the press release.
